-Hands on experience on WGS, RNA-seq, Microbiome, Metagenomics etc.

-Design and test new tools or workflows as part of ongoing R&D projects

-Experience analyzing Exome sequencing data (variant calling, Annotation)

-Familiar with NexSeq, MiSeq instruments and Next flow pipeline

-Experience with cloud platform like AWS

4. Experience and Skills Set:
