At present company is hiring Food Safety and Quality Associate Details of which are Provided below
1. Location: Solapur, Maharashtra. (On-Site)
2. Skills Required:
a. Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
b. Ability to supervise daily quality control and packaging operations.
c. Analytical skills to identify and address quality issues.
d. Comfortable working with production and sanitation teams.
e. Ownership mindset with a drive for quality and food safety excellence.
3. Key Responsibilities:
a. Food Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000 (if applicable).
-Conduct hygiene inspections and sanitation audits.
-Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) during grading, dicing, dehydration.
b. Packaging Oversight:
-Supervise correct packaging practices (labeling, sealing, coding).
-Check packaging material quality and integrity.
-Ensure proper storage and post-packaging handling.
c. Quality Control:
-Conduct incoming inspection of raw fruits and vegetables.
-Monitor quality during and after processing (texture, moisture, color).
-Maintain records for traceability and customer complaints (if any).
d. Documentation & Reporting:
-Maintain daily checklists (sanitation, process logs, temperature logs).
-Coordinate for audits and inspections.
-Train line workers on hygiene and quality standards.
4. Education Required:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Agriculture or B.Tech in Food Process Engineering.
5. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a food processing/F&V Processing Facility.
6. Skillsets Required:
-Knowledge of food safety certifications (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Familiarity with food processing equipment and packaging lines.
-Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
-Good communication and team coordination.
-Good computer skills for reporting and audits.
