3. Profile Description:
As a leading US healthcare clinical services player, IKS is looking for qualified Life science Graduates to review and summarize claimant medical and legal records to create concise and accurate summaries from a sorted/indexed file.
Associates must review the medical / non-medical records, extract the critical medical information and provide summaries to the providers.
4. Key Responsibilities:
a. Demonstrate understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret and summarize medical records.
b. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive claimant information.
c. On successful completion of training, the executive has to clear quality benchmarks in order to deliver work directly to the Customer, within stipulated timelines.
d. Review and analyze medical records to extract relevant information.
e. Create concise and accurate summaries of medical history, treatment, and outcomes.
f. Ensure summaries are clear, comprehensive, and free of errors.
g. Be thorough with client profile, references, and author specific instructions.
h. Adhere to the schedule provided by Team Manager/Director to ensure Customer deliverables are met.
i. Prioritize workload to ensure that reports are completed within defined timelines.
j. Diligently adhere to standard summarization rules to ensure Customer satisfaction.
k. Review correction reports on a daily basis to avoid repetitive errors.
l. Be open to learning and adapting to changes in processes, software, and healthcare standards to ensure that medical summaries are correct and complete.
5. Role Prerequisites:
a. This role will require work in Day Shift.
b. The standard shift timings are from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm (9 hours shift); however, the candidates should be flexible to work in the night shift
c. Work from office
Note: 5-day work week (Candidates may however be required to work on week -offs per business needs and would be benefited per the Policies)
