5. Key Responsibilities:

a. Manage and maintain ISO

documentation and audit requirements

b. Oversee daily quality assurance operations in production and packaging areas

c. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and hygiene standards

d. Conduct internal audits, quality checks, and corrective actions

e. Prepare SOPs, records, and quality reports

f. Coordinate with the production and lab teams for quality control activities 

6. Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field

7. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a QA role (ISO documentation experience required)

Knowledge of FSSAI guidelines, GMP, and food safety standards
